Rules and Regulations

This page provides rules, regulations and guidance for races run under the umbrella of the Grand Turismo Endurance League. The main goal for this page is to establish an environment for fair, respectful and sportsmanlike competition. Consider these rules as the guiding rails between which you can freely participate and enjoy the competition.

We try to limit the rules and regulation to a minimum and hope for your sportsmanship and common sense. However, if we feel the necessity the rules and regulations will be expanded or adapted.

Car does not comply to race series specifications

Some of our racing series specify which parts you may or may not fit to your car. Some racing series limit the eligible cars. It is your responsibility to run the correct car and ensure your car is equipped accordingly.

  • The fittet / missing part(s) are pure aesthetic
    • First offense – A warning will be issued.
    • Second offense – 1 point deducted
    • For each following offense – double points deducted
  • The fittet / missing part(s) alter the performance – You will be disqualified for the race.

Causing a collision

The Grand Turismo Endurance League is proud for the clean and fair racing in our lobbies. However, racing incidents do happen. This rule is about deliberately causing a collision with another car, that could have been avoided.

  • First offense – A warning will be issued.
  • Second offense – 5 points deducted.
  • Third offense – 15 points deducted.
  • Fourth offense – 25 points deducted & You will be disqualified for the next race.
  • Fifth offense – You will be permanently banned.

Offensive language in the chat party / lobby chat

We usually have a chat party open during the race. Offensive / discriminating / insulting / cursing language will not be tolerated.

  • First offense OR minor offensive language – A warning will be issued.
  • Second offense OR severe offense – Disqualification for the current and upcoming race.
  • Third offense – You will be permanently banned.
