Tonight, it begins.
The GTEL Gr.4 Masters officially goes green with Round 1 at Trial Mountain (Normal layout).
Trial Mountain is a classic for several reasons: it’s a fast track with flowing sections and elevation changes. It’s a track that rewards rhythm, patience, and smart racecraft.
After 15 minutes of qualifying, drivers will settle in for a 60-minute race, where strategy already plays a key role. With tire wear and fuel consumption in play, the field is split between one-stop and two-stop approaches, and Trial Mountain’s long, sweeping corners will test tire management from the opening lap to the final stint.
Please note: Medium tires are now mandatory. You can decide when to use them, but you need to complete at least one lap on medium compound tires. Read more about this series’ rules.
